Basic Documents of IQAS
Our current IQAS seeks to respond to the following aspects:
- Responsible for the processes of the quality assurance system
- Procedures for evaluation and improvement of the quality of teaching and teaching staff
- Procedures to guarantee the quality of external internships and mobility programs
- Procedures for analyzing the employment of graduates and satisfaction with the training received
- Procedure for the analysis of the satisfaction of the different groups involved (students, academic and administrative staff and services, etc.) and attention to suggestions or complaints
- Procedures for evaluating and improving the quality of personnel management, material resources and services
- Specific criteria in the case of extinction of the degree
The basic documents of the IQAS implemented in the ETSIT-UPM is the Quality Manual, the Map of System Procedures and the Annual Quality Plans, in all of them reference is made to the evidences or records that are originated as a consequence of their application and that constitute evidence of them.
