The Torres Quevedo R&D Building
The Torres Quevedo building is part of the facilities of the Telecommunication School. The main research groups of the School are placed here.
The Building was founded in 2005 by the Rector of the UPM, Don Javier Uceda Antolín, being the Director of the School Don Justo Carracedo Gallardo.
The Torres Quevedo building was built with the purpose of offering research groups adequate room for the development of their activity, as well as promoting collaboration and coordination among them.
The building was named after the famous engineer and inventor Leonardo Torres Quevedo.
